Tiny Fishing may offer premium, subscription-based content. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register and agree to these terms on their behalf. All references to “you” in this section include both the minor and their guardian.
To access subscription features, you must provide registration details and payment information. We use this information per our Privacy Policy. While we implement standard data protection measures, no system is 100% secure. You accept the risk of potential breaches.
Keep your login credentials confidential. Only one user may access subscriber content per account at any time.
By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew—charges will be applied to your registered payment method unless you cancel in advance of your renewal date. You authorize these recurring charges when you subscribe.
We are not responsible for fees resulting from overdrafts or exceeded credit limits. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current.
For changes or cancellations, contact us If your subscription renews and you wish to cancel, you must notify us in advance of the next billing cycle. Annual subscribers can cancel within 30 days of the renewal charge to receive a full refund. For other plans, cancellation must occur before the renewal to avoid additional charges. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription rates at any time. In the event of a price increase, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Occasionally, we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. These offers are only available to new users. If you don’t meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to decline the offer.
All payments for subscriptions are processed by a third-party service provider. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and privacy policies as well.
